Step-by-step instructions:

1. Download the app: Download the Tuya Smart app for free from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
2. Registration and login: Create an account in the app or log in with an existing account.
3. Add device: Click on the + icon in the top right corner of the app. Select the device category (e.g. sensors, cameras or door locks).
4. Put the device into pairing mode: Press and hold the reset button on the device for about 5 seconds until the LED starts flashing.
5. Establish WLAN connection: Select your 2.4 GHz WLAN network (5 GHz is not supported) and enter the password.
6. Connect device: The app will start searching for the device. After a few seconds it should connect automatically. Give the device a name to easily identify it (e.g. “Living room camera”).

• Check the Wi-Fi: Make sure that your smartphone and the device are in the same 2.4 GHz network.
• Reset the device: Press and hold the reset button for 5-10 seconds until the light flashes.
• Update app and firmware: Check that the Tuya Smart app and the device are up to date.Reduce distance: Make sure the device is close to the router.

Yes, with the Tuya Smart app you can control several devices at the same time and set up automations to link different devices.

Automatic door closure: The door is automatically locked as soon as the motion sensor no longer detects any activity.

The Tuya Smart app uses encryption standards and security protocols to protect your data. You can also activate two-factor authentication.

Yes, the Tuya Smart app is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. You can control your devices by voice command:
